Payments and refunds
If Jobseva offers paid plans, subscriptions, featured listings, or recruiter services, refund requests are reviewed based on the service purchased and whether it has already been used.
- Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of payment.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Used credits, completed services, or expired plans may not be refundable.
